Phase 1 called for changing out the least efficient light bulbs in common areas such as the lobbies and elevators. Superior Lighting replaced \u003ca href=\"http:\/\/www.superiorlighting.com\/Halogen_50_Watt_MR16_No_Lens_s\/554.htm\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(255, 0, 0);\"\u003e50 Watt halogen MR16 bulbs\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e from the lobby area to \u003ca href=\"http:\/\/www.superiorlighting.com\/6_Watt_Led_MR16_Light_Bulb_p\/866920.htm\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(255, 0, 0);\"\u003e6 Watt LED MR16 bulbs\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e. Elevators were retrofitted with \u003ca href=\"http:\/\/www.superiorlighting.com\/8_Watt_LED_Par20_Light_Bulb_p\/866623.htm\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(255, 0, 0);\"\u003e8 Watt LED reflector bulbs\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e. All of these bulbs were on for 24 hours a day.
