Choose between ballast bypass, ballast compatible or hybrid (works either way) LED PL retrofit fit bulbs:

Ballast Bypass - (direct wire to line voltage)

This PL LED lamp has been designed and engineered for demanding commercial applications. This lamp requires bypassing or removing the existing ballast to run off line voltage. The base of the lamp can be rotated 310° to fit any socket configuration. Simply install in your existing fixture once ballast is bypassed and turn ON the savings. Choose this option when your ballasts are old or you prefer to remove them now.

Ballast Compatible - (direct fit)

This PL LED lamp has been designed and engineered for demanding commercial applications. This plug and play direct replacement lamp is compatible with 13W, 18W, 26W, 32W and 42W electronic programmed start ballasts, requiring no rewiring during installation. This lamp features ballast output control technology which allows for high performance on lower powered ballasts. The base of the lamp can be rotated 310° to fit any socket configuration. Simply install in your existing fixture and turn ON the savings.Choose this option when you prefer to leave your ballasts in the fixture. You might save labor costs not but the downside is the ballasts need to be replaced when they go bad.

Hybrid - (works with or without ballast)

This PLS lamp has been designed and engineered for demanding commercial applications. This hybrid installation lamp can work with a magnetic CFL ballast or run off line voltage. This lamp replaces 13W CFLs and is suitable for use in totally enclosed fixtures. The base of the lamp can be rotated 310° to fit any socket configuration. Simply install in your existing fixture and turn ON the savings.This the best option when available. It allows the choice if to remove or use the existing ballast. Most customer leave their ballasts in and then remove them as they go bad. This hybrid LED bulb works either way.
